PHENOMES:
The main objective of the project is to develop new bioinformatics tools to facilitate interpretation of metabolomics data from in vivo experiments at the pre-clinical or clinical level. Specifically, we aim at developing tools to resolve the complex lipidomics profile data at the biofluid or tissue level, and enable interpretation of such data in the context of other experimental evidence and available knowledge.
